Во всём МИРЕ кричали КРИЗИС..КРИЗИС,а Энгельс в это время строил и расширял ДОРОГИ,РАЗВЯЗКИ. Почти два года назад город остался без ХОЗЯИНА.без М.Лысенко. Сейчас ситуация не очень КРАСИВАЯ....см.сами. Надеемся,что всё ещё можно ИСПРАВИТЬ...надеемся....
